Enrollment and Cancellation Policy:

All Subscription enrollments (whether the Annual or Monthly payment options are chosen) are for an Annual Term of One Year (12 Months) from the date of enrollment. YOU ARE COMMITTING TO A 12 MONTH MEMBERSHIP TO THE AGENCY PROTECTION SYSTEM.

Members who select the Monthly payment option will be billed once per month, with the monthly membership fee charged to the payment method on file for you. YOU AUTHORIZE US TO BILL YOU AND CHARGE THE PAYMENT METHOD ON FILE WITH US MONTHLY FOR YOUR MEMBERSHIP.

For Subscription Members selecting the Monthly payment option – after Month 12 of your Membership Subscription, your Membership Subscription will convert to a month-to-month Subscription, charged at our then-current monthly Membership Subscription Fee. You may cancel a month-to-month Subscription enrollment at any time with 30 days notice; however, we do not prorate monthly Membership Subscription Fees.

For Subscription Members selecting the Annual payment option – after Month 12 of your membership, your Membership Subscription will automatically renew for a subsequent annual Subscription at our then-current annual Membership Subscription Fee, unless you advise us in writing prior to your Subscription expiration that you do not wish to renew it. You may also convert your Membership Subscription from Annual to Monthly after Month 12 by contacting us in writing.

We reserve the right to cancel a Membership Subscription for untimely payment or nonpayment at any time.
